Stuart Crump took early retirement, following forty successful years in the computer industry, and then decided to join Beeston Camera Club in Nottingham. That was in 1969. Since then he has had much success, including achieving his Licentiateship of The Royal Photographic Society (LRPS) in March 2011 followed by his Associateship (ARPS) in September 2012. He also achieved his Credit award for photographic merit of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (CPAGB) in April 2012 and Distinction (DPAGB) in April 2013. In 2013 he also achieved his Artist of the International Federation of Photographic Art (AFIAP) followed by his EFIAP (Excellence FIAP) in 2014 and EFIAP/b (bronze) in 2016. In 2015 one of my prints was used as part of the ten print Great Britain entry into the FIAP 26th Colour Print Biennial. GB came second overall and I was awarded a PAGB Gold Medal. In 2017 I was awarded my PPSA (Proficiency Photographic Society of America) and my BPE3.
